Growing a Mango Tree

Ever thought of growing the mango tree?

Well I have and also failed miserably! Though not really! I mean i was successful in growing the whole tall plant standing about more than 12 feet high, but never ever got a chance to see a single fruit on it.

The possible reason for this might be that mango trees start producing fruits very late! You might think this plant is totally infertile but in truth it only requires a lot of time.

In my case, i shifted my house so could never see the results. Perhaps you can give it a try!

Please Please Help ~ ~ My Mango Tree is container grown from a seed, 2 years old, and has suffered lack of water when I was away and the person doing the plant watering did NOT water it for over a month !!! The Tree is about 2 & 1/2 foot high, the leaves are all dry and the top half of the trunk looks dry BUT the bottom half looks like it has life in it and is not dry. Any ideas on how I might be able to revive it Please ??
